Commercial Universal TempAssure 17T Thermostatic Shower Trim

Designed to stand up to the hard use of commercial applications, this TempAssure 17T thermostatic shower trim kit uses a thermostatic wax element that maintains the outlet temperature to +/- 3.6 degrees F. The single lever handle controls the temperature only with a maximum handle rotation of 120 degrees, while a separate lever handle controls the volume. Field adjustable to limit handle rotation into the hot water zone. The kit comes with a single-function pressure balanced mixing valve trim with a 7" diameter escutcheon and lever handle, and a single-function Touch-Clean shower head, and a shower arm with flange. Does not include a tub spout or the rough-in valve which are sold separately.
