6" New Construction 45-Degree Slope Recessed Light Housing

This recessed light housing for sloped ceilings is designed for use in use in new construction installations. This universal, heavy-gauge 6" housing features knockout-free universal Romex clamps, 1/2" and 3/4" pryouts for grid conduit or BX fittings, an access door for field inspections, and snap-out sides. The aluminum junction box fits into 2" x 8" construction and has a notched housing for chalking alignment and a ceramic socket. Features integral nailers for wood joist construction, integral T-bar mounting clamps, and integral a bar hanger lock to secure the housing in position. Includes light commercial bar hangers.
