The Ashlyn Monitor 14 Series tub and shower trim kit uses a pressure balance valve to maintain a balanced mix of hot and cold water, preventing accidental scalding during changes in water pressure. The single lever handle controls the temperature only with a maximum handle rotation of 120 degrees. The kit comes with a shower arm, a 7-15/16" pull-up diverter spout, and a single-function pressure balanced mixing valve trim with a 6" wide x 6" high escutcheon. Does not include rough or shower head (sold separately).
