Influenced by the fortified architecture of the Manhattan Bridge, the Townsend collection will elevate the look of your bathroom with its elegant, stately style. This two-handle thermostatic trim is ideal for use in high flow applications with multiple outlet installations. The top handle functions as an on/off volume control while the bottom handle controls the water temperature. Requires the R520, R540, R522, or R523 rough-in valve sold separately. Features a safety stop with a maximum temperature limit of 112 degrees F, a ADA-compliant lever handles and a solid brass, 7-7/16" wide x 9-1/8" high escutcheon plate etched with Hot/Cold indicators.
